The house is situated on the sunny side of Ellmau facing the Wilder Kaiser mountain range.
From the southern side of the house you overlook a well-kept garden with a marvellous view of the 27-hole golf course, the Hartkaiser and the village Scheffau.

The northern side faces the Wilder Kaiser mountain range.
Within three minutes’ walk you can reach the golf course as well as the mountain railway which brings you up to Austria’s largest interconnected skiing area.
